PROTOCOL CONCERNING THE UNION OF BURMA'S CLAIM BASED ON ARTICLE V, PARAGRAPH 1 (a) (III) OF THE TREATY OF PEACE BETWEEN JAPAN AND THE UNION OF BURMA SIGNED AT RANGOON ON NOVEMBER 5, 1954
日本国とビルマ連邦との間の経済及び技術協力に関する協定に本日署名するにあたり、下名の全権委員は、次のことを協定した。
At the moment of signing this day the Agreement between Japan and the Union of Burma on Economic and Technical Co-operation, the undersigned Plenipotentiaries have agreed upon the following:
ビルマ連邦は、日本国とビルマ連邦との間の経済及び技術協力に関する協力に関する協定の効力発生の日の後は、千九百五十四年十一月五日にラングーンで署名された日本国とビルマ連邦との間の平和条約第五条1(a)(III)の規定に基づくいかなる要求をも提起しないものとする。
The Union of Burma shall not present any claim based on the provisions of Article V, paragraph 1 (a) (III) of the Treaty of Peace between Japan and the Union of Burma sighed at Rangoon on November 5, 1954, after the date of coming into force of the Agreement between Japan and the Union of Burma on Economic and Technical Co-operation.
この議定書は、批准されなければならず、批准書が交換された後、日本国とビルマ連邦との間の経済及び技術協力に関する協定の効力発生の日に生ずる。
This Protocol shall be ratified and, after the instruments of ratification shall have been exchanged, shall enter into force on the date of coming into force of the Agreement between Japan and the Union of Burma on Economic and Technical Co-operation.
千九百六十三年三月二十九日にラングーンで、英語により本書二通を作成した。
