書簡をもって啓上いたします。本官は、日本輸出入銀行及び関係民間銀行に対するポーランドの債務についての債務救済措置に関する千九百九十二年二月十四日付けのポーランド共和国政府と日本国政府との間の交換公文に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to refer to the Exchange of Notes between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of Japan, dated February 14, 1992, concerning a debt relief measure with respect to the Polish debts owed to the Export-Import Bank of Japan together with private banks concerned.
本官は、更に、ポーランド共和国政府の代表者と日本国政府の代表者との間で最近到達した次の了解をポーランド共和国政府に代わって確認する光栄を有します。
I have further the honour to confirm, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Poland, the following understanding recently reached between the representatives of the Government of the Republic of Poland and of the Government of Japan:
前記の交換公文の3(2)(a)(i)は削除され、次のとおり置き換えられる。
(a)(i) of sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 3 of the said Exchange of Notes shall be deleted and replaced by the following:
「国際通貨基金の理事会が、千九百九十四年三月二十五日までに、国際通貨基金とポーランド共和国との間のスタンド・バイ協定の審査を終了し、かつ、」
"the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund has completed by March 25,1994 the review under the stand- by arrangement between the International Monetary Fund and the Republic of Poland;and".
本官は、閣下が前記の了解を日本国政府に代わって確認されれば幸いであります。
I should be grateful if Your Excellency would confirm the foregoing understanding on behalf of the Government of Japan
