航空業務に関する日本国とカナダとの間の協定の付表の修正に関する交換公文

　書簡をもって啓上いたします。本使は、千九百五十五年一月十二日にオタワで署名され、千九百八十九年四月十七日に改正された航空業務に関する日本国とカナダとの間の協定の第十二条及び第十四条に従って千九百九十四年二月二十三日及び二十四日に東京において行われた日本国及びカナダの航空当局の間の協議に言及する光栄を有します。

　


　本使は、前記の協議において到達した合意に従い、別添の新たな付表が前記の協定の現行の付表に代わることを日本国政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。

　


　本使は、更に、前記の提案がカナダ政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡を両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。

　


　本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに閣下に向かって敬意を表します。

注1　日本国及びカナダの一又は二以上の指定航空企業は、関西国際空港が国際航空業務について供用を開始した後直ちに、大阪への業務を行うことができる。

注2　日本国についてはトロント以遠又は日本国が選択するカナダにおける他の二地点以遠の運航に当たり、また、カナダについては大阪以遠又はカナダが選択する日本国における他の一地点以遠の運航に当たり、第五の自由の運輸権を行使することができない。


							

						

						

							

								
2) Fifth freedom traffic rights shall not be available for the part of Japan on services beyond Toronto or beyond the two other points in Canada to be selected by Japan, and for the part of Canada on services beyond Osaka or beyond the one other point in Japan to be selected by Canada.

注4　いずれかの又はすべての中間地点及び以遠の地点は、いずれかの又はすべての飛行に当たり各締約国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業の選択によって省略することができる。

注5　他方の締約国における地点へは、個別に又は同一の飛行で運航することができる。同一の飛行で運航される他方の締約国における地点へは、往路及び復路の双方について運航しなければならない。


							

						

						

							

								
5) Points in the other country may be served separately or on the same flight. 　"I have the honour to refer to the consultations held between the aeronautical authorities of Japan and Canada in Tokyo from February 23 to February 24, 1994 in accordance with Articles 12 and 14 of the Agreement between Japan and Canada for Air Services signed at Ottawa on January 12, 1955, as amended on April 17, 1989.
