航空業務に関する日本国とタイとの間の協定の付表の修正に関する交換公文

Bangkok, March 7, 1994
書簡をもって啓上いたします。本使は、千九百五十三年六月十九日にバンコックで署名された航空業務に関する日本国とタイとの間の協定(以下「協定」という。)の第十二条及び第十四条の規定に従って千九百九十三年九月十三日及び十四日に東京において行われた日本国及びタイの航空当局の間の協議に関し、前記の協議の結果、日本国及びタイの航空当局が協定の付表を別添のとおり修正することにつき合意したことを述べる光栄を有します。
Excellency, With reference to the consultations held in Tokyo from 13th to 14th September 1993 between the aeronautical authorities of Japan and of Thailand, in accordance with Articles 12 and 14 of the Agreement between Japan and Thailand for Air Services, signed at Bangkok on 19th June 1953 (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), I have the honour to state that, as a result of the said consultations, the aeronautical authorities of Japan and of Thailand agreed to amend the Schedule to the Agreement as set out in the Attachment.
よって、本使は、別添の新たな付表が協定の現行の付表に代わることを日本国政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。
Accordingly, I have the honour to propose, or behalf of the Government of Japan, that the rev Schedule as set out in the Attachment shall replace the existing Schedule to the Agreement.
本使は、前記の提案がタイ政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡をこの問題に関する日本国政府とタイ政府との間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案いたします。
If the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Thailand, it is suggested that this Note and Your Excellency's reply to that effect shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the Governments of Japan and of Thailand on this matter, which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに閣下に向かって敬意を表します。

第一部
SECTION I
日本国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が運営する路線
Routes to be operated by the designated airline or airlines of Japan:
(a) 両方向に、東京―名古屋―大阪―福岡―那覇―後に特定される中国本土における地点及び(又は)台湾における地点―香港又はマニラ―インド･シナ内の地点―シンガポール―クアラ･ランプール―バンコック及び(又は)チェンマイ及び(又は)プーケット及び(又は)後に特定されるタイ国内の他の一地点並びに以遠の地点
(a) Tokyo - Nagoya - Osaka - Fukuoka - Naha - Points on the mainland of China to be specified later and/or on the island of Formosa - Hong Kong or Manila - Points in Indo-China - Singapore - Kuala Lumpur - Bangkok and/or Chiang Mai and/or Phuket and/or one other point in Thailand to be specified later and points beyond, in both directions.
(b) 両方向に、札幌―バンコック
(b) Sapporo - Bangkok, in both directions.
(c) 両方向に、広島―バンコック
(c) Hiroshima - Bangkok, in both directions.
日本国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が前記の路線において行う協定業務は、日本国の領域内の一地点を起点としなければならないが、その路線上の他の地点は、いずれかの又はすべての飛行に当たり当該指定航空企業の選択によって省略することができる。
The agreed services provided by the designated airline or airlines of Japan on these routes shall begin at a point in the territory of Japan, but other points on any of the routes may at the option of the designated airline be omitted on any or all flights.
第二部
SECTION II
タイの一又は二以上の指定航空企業が運営する路線
Routes to be Operated by the designated airline or airlines of Thailand:
(a) 両方向に、プーケット及び(又は)チェンマイ及び(又は)バンコック―インド･シナ内の地点―マニラ又は香港―高雄―台北―ソウル―那覇―大阪―東京及び以遠の地点
(a) Phuket and/or Chiang Mai and/or Bangkok - Points in Indo-China - Manila or Hong Kong - Kaohsiung - Taipei - Seoul - Naha - Osaka - Tokyo and points beyond, in both directions.
(b) 両方向に、バンコック―名古屋
(b) Bangkok - Nagoya, in both directions.
(c) 両方向に、バンコック―札幌
(c) Bangkok - Sapporo, in both directions.
(d) 両方向に、バンコック―福岡
(d) Bangkok - Fukuoka, in both directions.

本官は、タイ政府が日本国政府の前記の提案を受諾する旨を閣下に通報するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡がこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が本日効力を生ずることを確認する光栄を有します。
I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that the Government of Thailand accepts the above proposal of the Government of Japan and to confirm that Your Excellency's Note and this reply shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments on this matter, which shall enter into force or the date of this reply.
