漁業に関する日本国政府とニュー・ジーランド政府との間の協定の有効期間の延長に関する日本国政府とニュー・ジーランド政府との間の交換公文

書簡をもって啓上いたします。本大臣は、千九百七十八年九月一日にウェリントンで署名され、千九百八十二年五月二十六日、千九百八十四年九月二十一日、千九百八十六年九月二十三日、千九百九十年九月二十六日及び千九百九十二年九月三十日に両政府の間で交換された公文によりそれぞれ千九百八十四年九月三十日、千九百八十六年九月三十日、千九百九十年九月三十日、千九百九十二年九月三十日及び千九百九十四年九月三十日まで延長された漁業に関するニュー･ジーランド政府と日本国政府との間の協定に関してニュー･ジーランド政府及び日本国政府の代表者の間で最近行われた討議に言及するとともに、前記の協定が千九百九十六年九月三十日まで引き続き効力を有するものとすることをニュー･ジーランド政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to refer to the recent discussions held between the representatives of the Government of New Zealand and the Government of Japan concerning the Agreement on Fisheries between the Government of New Zealand and the Government of Japan, signed at Wellington on 1 September 1978 and extended until 30 September 1984, 30 September 1986, 30 September 1990, 30 September 1992 and 30 September 1994 by the Notes exchanged on 26 May 1982, 21 September 1984, 23 September 1986, 26 September 1990 and 30 September 1992 respectively between the two Governments, and to propose on behalf of the Government of New Zealand that the said Agreement continue in force until 30 September 1996.
本大臣は、更に、前記の提案が日本国政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡が両政府間の合意を構成するものとすることを提案する光栄を有します。
If the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Japan, I have further the honour to suggest that this Note and Your Excellency's Note in reply to that effect shall constitute an agreement between the two Governments.

本使は、更に、前記の提案が日本国政府にとって受諾し得るものであることを日本国政府に代わって確認するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡が両政府間の合意を構成するものとすることに同意する光栄を有します。
I have further the honour to confirm on behalf of the Government of Japan that the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Japan and to agree that Your Excellency's Note and this Note in reply shall constitute an agreement between the two Governments.
