航空業務に関する日本国とブルネイ・ダルサラーム国との間の協定の付表の改正に関する交換公文 
 （日本側書簡）

書簡をもって啓上いたします。本使は、千九百九十三年十一月二十九日に東京で署名された航空業務に関する日本国とブルネイ・ダルサラーム国との間の協定（以下「協定」という。）第十四条及び第十六条の規定に従って二千十一年十月二十七日及び二十八日にバンダルスリブガワンで行われた日本国及びブルネイ・ダルサラーム国の航空当局の間の協議に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency,I have the honour to refer to the consultations held in Bandar Seri Begawan on October 27 and 28, 2011 between the aeronautical authorities of Japan and of Brunei Darussalam, in accordance with Articles 14 and 16 of the Agreement between Japan and Brunei Darussalam for Air Services, signed at Tokyo on November 29, 1993 (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”).

本使は、更に、前記の協議において到達した合意に基づき、及び協定第十六条３の規定に従い、この書簡に添付する新たな付表が協定の現行の付表に代わることを日本国政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。
I have further the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of Japan, that the new Schedule attached to this Note shall replace the existing Schedule to the Agreement, based on the agreement reached at the said consultations and pursuant to paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Agreement.

本使は、更に、前記の提案がブルネイ・ダルサラーム国政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡が両国政府間の合意を構成し、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。
I have further the honour to propose that if the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Brunei Darussalam, this Note and Your Excellency’s Note in reply to that effect shall constitute an agreement between the two Governments, which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency’s Note in reply.

SCHEDULE

１　日本国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が両方向に運営する路線
1. Routes to be operated in both directions by the designated airline or airlines of Japan:

（ａ）　東京－中間の地点－バンダルスリブガワン－以遠の地点
(a) Tokyo – intermediate points – Bandar Seri
Begawan – points beyond.

（ｂ）　東京以外の日本国内の地点－中間の地点－バンダルスリブガワン－以遠の地点
(b) Points in Japan other than Tokyo – intermediate points – Bandar Seri Begawan – points beyond.

２　ブルネイ・ダルサラーム国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が両方向に運営する路線
2. Routes to be operated in both directions by the designated airline or airlines of Brunei Darussalam:

（ａ）　バンダルスリブガワン－中間の地点－東京－以遠の地点
(a) Bandar Seri Begawan – intermediate points -
Tokyo – points beyond.

（ｂ）　バンダルスリブガワン－中間の地点－東京以外の日本国内の地点－以遠の地点
(b) Bandar Seri Begawan – intermediate points – points in Japan other than Tokyo – points beyond.

３　いずれの締約国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が提供する協定業務も、当該締約国の領域内の一地点をその起点としなければならないが、特定路線上の他の地点は、いずれかの又は全ての飛行に当たり当該指定航空企業の選択によって省略することができる。
3. The agreed services provided by the designated airline or airlines of either Contracting Party shall begin at a point in the territory of that Contracting Party, but other points on the specified route may at the option of the designated airline(s) be omitted on any or all flights.
