航空業務に関する日本国政府とイスラエル国政府との間の協定に付表の改正に関する交換公文

  　書簡をもって啓上いたします。本使は、千九百九十九年四月二十三日に東京で署名された航空業務に関する日本国政府とイスラエル国政府との間の協定（以下「協定」という。）第十四条及び第十六条の規定に従って二千十五年七月七日及び八日に東京で行われた日本国及びイスラエル国の航空当局の間の協議に言及する光栄を有します。

Excellency,

 I have the honour to refer to the consultations held in Tokyo on 7 and 8 July 2015 between the aeronautical authorities of Japan and of the State of Israel, in accordance with Articles 14 and 16 of the Agreement between the Government of Japan and the Government of the State of Israel for Air Services, signed at Tokyo on 23 April 1999 (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”).

本使は、更に、前記の協議において到達した合意に基づき、及び協定第十六条の規定に従い、この書簡に添付する新たな付表が日本語、ヘブライ語及び英語で作成された協定の現行の付表に代わることを日本国政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。

I have further the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of Japan, that the new Schedule attached to this Note shall replace the existing Schedule to the Agreement, done in the Japanese, Hebrew and English languages, based on the agreement reached at the said consultations and pursuant to Article 16 of the Agreement.

本使は、更に、前記の提案がイスラエル国政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡が両政府間の合意を構成し、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。

I have further the honour to propose that if the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of the State of Israel, this Note and Your Excellency’s Note in reply to that effect shall constitute an agreement between the two Governments, which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency’s Note in reply.

 I have further the honour to inform Your Excellency, on behalf of the Government of the State of Israel, that the Government of the State of Israel accepts the above proposal of the Government of Japan and to confirm that Your Excellency’s Note and this Note in reply shall constitute an agreement between the two Governments, which shall enter into force on the date of this Note in reply.
