　書簡をもって啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十二年一月二十三日に東京で署名された航空業務に関する日本国とインドネシア共和国との間の協定（以下「協定」という。）第十一条及び第十三条の規定に従って二千十一年八月九日から十一日まで東京で行われた日本国及びインドネシア共和国の航空当局の間の協議に言及する光栄を有します。

Excellency,

 I have the honour to refer to the consultations held in Tokyo from August 9 to 11, 2011 between the aeronautical authorities of Japan and of the Republic of Indonesia, in accordance with Articles 11 and 13 of the Agreement between Japan and the Republic of Indonesia for Air Services, signed at Tokyo on January 23, 1962 (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”).

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
　本使は、更に、前記の協議において到達した合意に基づき、及び協定第十三条の規定に従い、この書簡に添付されている新たな付表が協定の現行の付表に代わることを日本国政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。

							

						

						

							

								
 I have further the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of Japan, that the new Schedule attached to this Note shall replace the existing Schedule to the Agreement, based on the agreement reached at the said consultations and pursuant to Article 13 of the Agreement.

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
　本使は、更に、前記の提案がインドネシア共和国政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡が両国政府間の合意を構成し、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。

							

						

						

							

								
 I have further the honour to propose that if the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, this Note and Your Excellency’s Note in reply to that effect shall constitute an agreement between the two Governments, which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency’s Note in reply.

 I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency’s Note of today’s date, which reads as follows:
