    在セルビア共和国日本国大使館は、セルビア共和国外務省に敬意を表するとともに、日本国政府が、日本国とセルビア共和国との間の旅行並びに文化及び通商に関する関係を促進するため、日本国に入国することを希望するセルビア共和国の国民に対する査証の免除に関し、二千十一年五月一日から相互主義に基づき次の措置をとることを同省に通報する光栄を有する。


							

						

						

							

								
	The Embassy of Japan in the Republic of Serbia presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and has the honour to inform the latter that the Government of Japan, with a view to facilitating travel as well as cultural and commercial relations between Japan and the Republic of Serbia, takes, on reciprocal basis, the following measures from 1 May, 2011 concerning the waiving of visas for nationals of the Republic of Serbia wishing to enter Japan:

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
  １　有効なセルビア共和国旅券を所持するセルビア共和国の国民であって、継続して九十日を超えない期間滞在する意図をもって日本国に入国することを希望するものは、査証を取得することなく、日本国に入国することができる。


							

						

						

							

								
1.	Nationals of the Republic of Serbia in possession of valid passports of the Republic of Serbia who wish to enter Japan with the intention of staying there for a period not exceeding ninety (90) consecutive days may enter Japan without obtaining visas.

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
  ２　１に基づく査証の要件の免除は、セルビア共和国の国民であって、就職し又は自由職業若しくは他の生業（報酬を得ることを目的とする芸能及びスポーツを含む。）に従事する意図をもって日本国に入国することを希望するものについては、適用しない。


							

						

						

							

								
2.	The waiver of the visa requirements under paragraph 1 above will not apply to nationals of the Republic of Serbia who desire to enter Japan with the intention of seeking employment or of exercising a profession or other occupation (including public entertainment and sport for remunerative purposes).

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
  ３　日本国に入国することを希望するセルビア共和国の国民は、日本国の法令に服さなければならない。

  ４　日本国政府は、公安、秩序及び衛生を含む公の政策上の理由により前記の諸措置の全部又は一部の適用を一時的に停止する権利を留保する。このような適用の停止又はその解除は、外交上の経路を通じて直ちにセルビア共和国政府に通告される。


							

						

						

							

								
4.	The Government of Japan reserves the right to suspend temporarily the application of all or any part of the foregoing measures for reasons of public policy including those relating to public security, order and health. Any such suspension or the lifting of the suspension will be notified immediately to the Government of the Republic of Serbia through the diplomatic channel.

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
  ５　日本国政府は、日本国の利益を害するおそれがあると認めるセルビア共和国の国民に対し、日本国に入国し又は滞在することを拒否する権利を留保する。


							

						

						

							

								
5.
