航空業務に関する日本国とインドネシア共和国との間の協定の付表の改正に関する交換公文
（日本側書簡）
(Japanese Note)
（訳文） 書簡をもって啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十二年一月二十三日に東京で署名された航空業務に関する日本国とインドネシア共和国との間の協定（以下「協定」という。）第十一条及び第十三条の規定に従って二千十年四月二十日から二十二日までジャカルタで行われた日本国及びインドネシア共和国の航空当局の間の協議に言及する光栄を有します。
Jakarta, October 18, 2010 Excellency, I have the honour to refer to the consultations held in Jakarta from April 20 to 22, 2010 between the aeronautical authorities of Japan and of the Republic of Indonesia, in accordance with Articles 11 and 13 of the Agreement between Japan and the Republic of Indonesia for Air Services, signed at Tokyo on January 23, 1962 (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”).
本使は、更に、前記の協議において到達した合意に基づき、及び協定第十三条の規定に従い、この書簡に添付されている新たな付表が協定の現行の付表に代わることを日本国政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。
I have further the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of Japan, that the new Schedule attached to this Note shall replace the existing Schedule to the Agreement, based on the agreement reached at the said consultations and pursuant to Article 13 of the Agreement.
本使は、更に、前記の提案がインドネシア共和国政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の貴官の返簡が両国政府間の合意を構成し、その合意が貴官の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。
I have further the honour to propose that if the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, this Note and Your Excellency’s Note in reply to that effect shall constitute an agreement between the two Governments, which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency’s Note in reply.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて貴官に向かって敬意を表します。

１ 日本国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が両方向に運営する路線
1. Routes to be operated in both directions by the designated airline or airlines of Japan.
日本国内の地点－台北－香港－マニラ－ホーチミン及び（又は）バンコク－クアラルンプール－シンガポール－インドネシア内の地点－ダーウィン又はパース－シドニー又はメルボルン－ニュージーランド内の地点－ニューカレドニア、フィジー、サモア、ソシエテ諸島及び（又は）南太平洋におけるその他の諸島－ホノルル－アフリカ及び（又は）中東内の二地点
Points in Japan - Taipei - Hong Kong - Manila - Ho Chi Minh City and/or Bangkok - Kuala Lumpur - Singapore – Points in Indonesia - Darwin or Perth - Sydney or Melbourne – Points in New Zealand - New Caledonia, Fiji, Samoa, Society Islands and/or other islands in the South Pacific - Honolulu - two points in Africa and/or the Middle East.
注 日本国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業は、インドネシア内の二地点をコターミナルとして、インドネシア内の一地点の直前及び（又は）直後にインドネシア内の他の一地点を経由する協定業務を行うことができる。日本国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業は、これらの二地点の間においては、自己が運送する途中降機の貨客を除き、運輸権を行使することができない。
Note: The designated airline or airlines of Japan may operate the agreed services through one point in Indonesia immediately before and/or after the other point in Indonesia by using these two points as co-terminals. The designated airline or airlines of Japan may not exercise any traffic rights with the exception of its or their own stopover traffic between these two points.
２ インドネシア共和国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が両方向に運営する路線
2. Routes to be operated in both directions by the designated airline or airlines of the Republic of Indonesia.
インドネシア内の地点－シンガポール－クアラルンプール－バンコク－ホーチミン－マニラ－香港－台北－日本国内の地点－ソウル又はロサンゼルス
Points in Indonesia - Singapore - Kuala Lumpur - Bangkok - Ho Chi Minh City - Manila - Hong Kong - Taipei – Points in Japan – Seoul or Los Angeles.
注 インドネシア共和国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業は、日本国内の二地点をコターミナルとして、日本国内の一地点の直前及び（又は）直後に日本国内の他の一地点を経由する協定業務を行うことができる。インドネシア共和国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業は、これらの二地点の間においては、自己が運送する途中降機の貨客を除き、運輸権を行使することができない。
Note: The designated airline or airlines of the Republic of Indonesia may operate the agreed services through one point in Japan immediately before and/or after the other point in Japan by using these two points as co-terminals. The designated airline or airlines of the Republic of Indonesia may not exercise any traffic rights with the exception of its or their own stopover traffic between these two points.
３ いずれか一方の締約国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が行う協定業務は、当該一方の締約国の領域内の一地点を起点としなければならないが、特定路線上の他の地点は、いずれかの又はすべての飛行に当たりその指定航空企業の選択によって省略することができる。
3. The agreed services provided by the designated airline or airlines of either Contracting Party shall begin at a point in the territory of that Contracting Party, but other points on the specified route may at the option of the designated airline be omitted on any or all flights.

（訳文） 書簡をもって啓上いたします。本官は、本日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。
Jakarta, October 18, 2010 Excellency, I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency’s Note of today’s date, which reads as follows:

本官は、更に、インドネシア共和国政府が日本国政府の前記の提案を受諾する旨をインドネシア共和国政府に代わって閣下に通報するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡が両国政府間の合意を構成し、その合意がこの返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを確認する光栄を有します。
I have further the honour to inform Your Excellency, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia accepts the above proposal of the Government of Japan, and to confirm that Your Excellency’s Note and this Note in reply shall constitute an agreement between the two Governments, which shall enter into force on the date of this Note in reply.
本官は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かって敬意を表します。
