  　書簡をもって啓上いたします。本使は、千九百五十九年六月二十日に東京で署名された航空業務に関する日本国とベルギーとの間の協定（以下「協定」という。）第十二条及び第十四条の規定に従って二千九年一月二十九日に東京で行われた日本国及びベルギー王国の航空当局の間の協議に言及する光栄を有します。


							

						

						

							

								
	I have the honour to refer to the consultations held in Tokyo on 29 January 2009 between the aeronautical authorities of Japan and of the Kingdom of Belgium, in accordance with Articles 12 and 14 of the Agreement between Japan and Belgium for Air Services, signed at Tokyo on June 20, 1959 (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”).

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
  　本使は、また、前記の協議において到達した合意に基づき、及び協定第十四条の規定に従い、別添の新たな付表が日本語及びフランス語で作成された協定の現行の付表に代わることを日本国政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。


							

						

						

							

								
I have further the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of Japan, that the new Schedule as set out in the Attachment shall replace the existing Schedule to the Agreement done in the Japanese and French languages, based on the agreement reached at the said consultations and pursuant to Article 14 of the Agreement.

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
  　本使は、更に、前記の提案がベルギー王国政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡が両国政府間の合意を構成し、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。
