（円借款の供与に関する取極の修正に関する日本国政府とアルメニア共和国政府との間の交換公文）
（訳文） 書簡をもって啓上いたします。本大臣は、アルメニア共和国の経済の安定及び開発努力を促進するために供与される日本国の借款に関する二千五年三月二十九日付けの交換公文に関し、アルメニア共和国政府の代表者と日本国政府の代表者との間で最近到達した次の了解をアルメニア共和国政府に代わって確認する光栄を有します。
Yerevan, May 27, 2008 Excellency, With reference to the Exchange of Notes dated March 29, 2005, concerning a Japanese loan to be extended with a view to promoting the economic stabilization and development efforts of the Republic of Armenia, I have the honour to confirm, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the following understanding recently reached between the representatives of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and of the Government of Japan:
前記の交換公文の１中「百五十九億千八百万円（一五、九一八、〇〇〇、〇〇〇円）」を「二百六十四億九百万円（二六、四〇九、〇〇〇、〇〇〇円）」に改める。
Paragraph 1 of the said Exchange of Notes shall be amended as follows: The term “fifteen billion nine hundred and eighteen million yen (\15,918,000,000)” is deleted and replaced by the term “twenty-six billion four hundred and nine million yen (\26,409,000,000)”.
本大臣は、更に、この書簡及び前記の了解を日本国政府に代わって確認される閣下の返簡が両政府間の合意を構成し、その合意がその効力発生のために必要な国内手続を完了した旨のアルメニア共和国政府からの書面による通告を日本国政府が受領した日に効力を生ずるものとすることを提案する光栄を有します。
本大臣は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに閣下に向かって敬意を表します。

I have further the honour to propose that this Note and Your Excellency’s Note in reply confirming on behalf of the Government of Japan the foregoing understanding shall constitute an agreement between the two Governments, which shall enter into force on the date of the receipt by the Government of Japan of the written notification from the Government of the Republic of Armenia of the completion of necessary domestic procedures for the entry into force of such agreement. I avail myself of this opportunity to extend to Your Excellency the assurance of my highest consideration.

本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに閣下に向かって敬意を表します。
