  　書簡をもって啓上いたします。本使は、千九百五十三年六月十九日にバンコクで署名された航空業務に関する日本国とタイとの間の協定（以下「協定」という。）第十二条及び第十四条の規定に従って二千五年十二月七日にチェンライで行われた日本国及びタイ王国の航空当局の間の協議に言及する光栄を有します。

Excellency,

	I have the honour to refer to the consultations held in Chiang Rai on 7 December 2005 between the aeronautical authorities of Japan and of the Kingdom of Thailand, in accordance with Articles 12 and 14 of the Agreement between Japan and Thailand for Air Services, signed at Bangkok on 19 June 1953 (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).


							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
  　本使は、更に、前記の協議において到達した合意に基づき、及び協定第十四条の規定に従い、別添の新たな付表が協定の現行の付表に代わることを日本国政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。


							

						

						

							

								
	I have further the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of Japan, that the new Schedule as set out in the Attachment shall replace the existing Schedule to the Agreement, based on the agreement reached at the said consultations and pursuant to Article 14 of the Agreement.

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
  　本使は、更に、前記の提案がタイ王国政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡が両国政府間の合意を構成し、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。


							

						

						

							

								
	I have further the honour to propose that if the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand, this Note and Your Excellency’s Note in reply to that effect shall constitute an agreement between the two Governments, which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency’s Note in reply.
