  　書簡をもって啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十二年一月二十三日に東京で署名された航空業務に関する日本国とインドネシア共和国との間の協定（付表は、千九百六十五年、千九百七十年、千九百八十七年、千九百九十年及び千九百九十四年に修正されたもの。以下「協定」という。）に関し、二千一年七月十七日から十八日までジャカルタにおいて及び二千五年十一月十四日から十五日まで東京において行われた協議に言及する光栄を有します。

Excellency,

	I have the honour to refer to the consultations held in Jakarta from July 17 to 18, 2001 and in Tokyo from November 14 to 15, 2005 concerning the Agreement between Japan and the Republic of Indonesia for Air Services signed at Tokyo on January 23, 1962, as amended in 1965, 1970, 1987, 1990, and 1994 (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).

３　いずれか一方の締約国の指定航空企業が行う協定業務は、当該一方の締約国の領域内の一地点を起点としなければならないが、特定路線上の他の地点は、いずれかの又はすべての飛行に当たりその指定航空企業の選択によって省略することができる。

							

						

						

							

								
3.	The agreed services provided by the designated airline of either Contracting Party shall begin at a point in the territory of that Contracting Party, but other points on the specified route may at the option of the designated airline be omitted on any or all flights.

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
本使は、前記の提案がインドネシア共和国政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡をこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。
