  　書簡をもって啓上いたします。本大臣は、千九百五十三年二月十七日にヘーグで署名された航空業務に関するオランダ王国と日本国との間の協定（以下「協定」という。)の第十三条及び第十五条の規定に従って二千年二月三日から四日までの間東京において行われたオランダ王国及び日本国の航空当局の間の協議に関し、前記の協議の結果、オランダ王国及び日本国の航空当局が協定の付表を別添のとおり修正することにつき合意したことを述べる光栄を有します。

							

						

						

							

								
Excellency,

	With reference to the consultations held in Tokyo from 3rd to 4th February 2000 between the aeronautical authorities of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Japan in accordance with Articles 13 and 15 of the Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Japan for Air Services, signed at The Hague on 17th February 1953 (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement"), I have the honour to state that, as a result of the said consultations, the aeronautical authorities of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Japan agreed to amend the Schedule to the Agreement as set out in the Attachment.

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
  　よって、本大臣は、別添の新たな付表が協定の現行の付表に代わることをオランダ王国政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。

							

						

						

							

								
	Accordingly, I have the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, that the new Schedule as set out in the Attachment shall replace the existing Schedule to the Agreement.

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
  　本大臣は、前記の提案が日本国政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡をこの問題に関する両政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案いたします。
