    書簡をもって啓上いたします。本大臣は、千九百八十九年三月八日に東京で署名された航空業務に関するトルコ共和国と日本国との間の協定（以下「協定」という。）の第十四条及び第十六条の規定に従って千九百九十九年十二月一日及び二日に東京において行われたトルコ共和国及び日本国の航空当局の間の協議に関し、前記の協議の結果、トルコ共和国及び日本国の航空当局が協定の付表を別添のとおり修正することにつき合意したことを述べる光栄を有します。

							

						

						

							

								
Excellency,

	With reference to the consultations held in Tokyo on 1st and 2nd December 1999 between the aeronautical authorities of the Republic of Turkey and of Japan, in accordance with Articles 14 and 16 of the Agreement between the Republic of Turkey and Japan for Air Services, signed in Tokyo on 8th March 1989 (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), I have the honour to state that, as a result of the said consultations, the aeronautical authorities of the Republic of Turkey and of Japan agreed to amend the Schedule to the Agreement as set out in the Attachment.

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
    よって、本大臣は、更に、別添の新たな付表が協定の現行の付表に代わることをトルコ共和国政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。

							

						

						

							

								
	Accordingly, I have further the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Turkey, that the new Schedule as set out in the Attachment shall replace the existing Schedule to the Agreement.

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
    本大臣は、前記の提案が日本国政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡をこの問題に関するトルコ共和国政府と日本国政府との間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案いたします。

							

						

						

							

								
	If the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Japan, it is suggested that this Note and Your Excellency's reply to that effect shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the Governments of the Republic of Turkey and of Japan on this matter, which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply.

3.
