    書簡をもって啓上いたします。本官は、千九百五十三年二月二十六日にコペンハーゲンで署名された航空業務に関する日本国とデンマークとの間の協定（以下「協定」という。)第十五条の規定に従って千九百九十八年八月三十一日及び九月一日にストックホルムにおいて行われた日本国の航空当局とデンマーク、ノールウェー及びスウェーデンの航空当局との間の協議に関し、前記の協議の結果、日本国の航空当局並びにデンマーク、ノールウェー及びスウェーデンの航空当局が協定の付表を別添のとおり修正することにつき合意したことを述べる光栄を有します。

							

						

						

							

								
Excellency,

	With reference to the consultations held in Stockholm on 31st August and 1st September 1998 between the aeronautical authorities of Japan and of Denmark, Norway and Sweden in accordance with Article 15 of the Agreement between Japan and Denmark for Air Services, signed at Copenhagen on 26th February 1953 (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), I have the honour to state that, as a result of the said consultations, the aeronautical authorities of Japan and Denmark, Norway and Sweden agreed to amend the Schedule to the Agreement as set out in the Attachment.

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
    よって、本官は、更に、別添の新たな付表が協定の現行の付表に代わることをデンマーク政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。

							

						

						

							

								
	Accordingly, I have further the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of Denmark, that the new Schedule as set out in the Attachment shall replace the existing Schedule to the Agreement.

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
    本官は、前記の提案が日本国政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡をこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案いたします。
