    書簡をもって啓上いたします。本使は、千九百五十三年二月二十日にストックホルムで署名された航空業務に関する日本国とスウェーデンとの間の協定（以下「協定」という。)第十五条の規定に従って千九百九十八年八月三十一日及び九月一日にストックホルムにおいて行われた日本国の航空当局とスウェーデン、デンマーク及びノールウェーの航空当局との間の協議に関し、前記の協議の結果、日本国の航空当局並びにスウェーデン、デンマーク及びノールウェーの航空当局が協定の付表を別添のとおり修正することにつき合意したことを述べる光栄を有します。

							

						

						

							

								
Excellency,

	With reference to the consultations held in Stockholm on 31st August and 1st September 1998 between the aeronautical authorities of Japan and of Sweden, Denmark and Norway in accordance with Article 15 of the Agreement between Japan and Sweden for Air Services, signed at Stockholm on 20th February 1953 (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), I have the honour to state that, as a result of the said consultations, the aeronautical authorities of Japan and Sweden, Denmark and Norway agreed to amend the Schedule to the Agreement as set out in the Attachment.

							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
    よって、本使は、更に、別添の新たな付表が協定の現行の付表に代わることをスウェーデン政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。

    本使は、前記の提案が日本国政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡をこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案いたします。
