青年海外協力隊派遣取極の一部改正に関する日本国政府とインドネシア共和国政府との間の交換公文

Jakarta, August 5, 1989
書簡をもって啓上いたします。本使は、青年海外協力隊計画に基づく協力隊員の派遣に関する千九百八十七年八月七日付けの日本国政府とインドネシア共和国政府との間の交換公文に述べられた了解に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to refer to the under-standings set forth in the Notes exchanged between the Government of Japan and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on August 7, 1987, concerning the dispatch of junior experts under the Seinen Kaigai Kyooryokutai Programme.
本使は、更に、前記の了解の６に従って、その了解の７ａ及びｂを次のように改めることを日本国政府に代わって提案する光栄を有します。
I have further the honour to propose on behalf of the Government of Japan that, pursuant to paragraph 6 of the said under-standings, paragraph 7a and b thereof will be amended as follows:
7a この了解は、二年間効力を有するものとし、その後においても、ｂの規定に従つて終了する時まで二年の期間ずつ引き続き効力を有する。
7a " The present understandings shall remain in force for a period of two years and shall continue in force thereafter for another period of two years and so forth, until terminated in accordance with the provisions of b below.
b いずれの政府も、六箇月前に書面による予告を与えることにより、最初の二年の期間の終わりに又はその後の各二年の期間の終わりにこの了解を終了させることができる。
b Either Government may, by giving written notice six months in advance, terminate the present understandings at the end of the initial two year period or at the end of each subsequent period of two years."
前記の了解がインドネシア共和国政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、本使は、更に、この書簡及びそれに同意する閣下の返簡が両政府間の合意を構成するものとし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずるものとすることを提案する光栄を有します。
If the foregoing proposal is acceptable to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, I have further the honour to propose that this letter and Your Excellency's letter in reply concurring therein shall constitute an agree-ment between the two Governments, which shall take effect on the date of Your Excellency's reply.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かって敬意を表します。
I avail myself of this opportunity to renew to Your Excellency the assurances of my highest consideration.

書簡をもって啓上いたします。本官は、本日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of Your Excellency's letter of today's date which reads as follows:

本官は、更に、前記の了解をインドネシア共和国政府に代わって確認するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡が両政府間の合意を構成するものとし、その合意がこの返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずるものとすることに同意する光栄を有します。
I have further the honour to confirm on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia that the foregoing proposal is acceptable to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and to agree that Your Excellency's letter and this reply shall constitute an agreement between the two Governments, which shall take effect on the date of this reply.
本官は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かって敬意を表します。
