Due to the space restriction and security reasons, Host Broadcaster, Host Photographer or media pool among participating countries may cover the Summit events.
Media Representatives must carry Press ID and appropriate Pool Card for each event to be covered, and are advised to gather at the International Media Center (IMC) Pool Gathering Point strictly by the designated time. A Presidency Media Liaison Officer will guide you to the media opportunity site by exclusive bus. All media crews and equipment will be checked by security personnel. Media crew will not be admitted to access the venue by themselves (Exceptions apply: Airport coverage). The Presidency Media Liaison Officer will guide you back to the IMC after the coverage is completed.
