Dispatch of Prime Minister's Special Envoy Former Prime Minister Ryutaro Hashimoto to the Middle East

Former Prime Minister Ryutato Hashimoto visited the Arab Republic of Egypt and United Arab Emirates from 7 (Sun) to 12 (Fri) October, 2001 as Prime Minister's Special Envoy. During his stay in Egypt, former Prime Minister Hashimoto attended the ceremony of the completion of the Suez Canal Bridge, along with His Excellency President Mubarak. Former Prime Minister Hashimoto also met with prominent members of the government of respective countries.
