Places Remembered in Connection with Japan-Russia Relations
2005 is a historical year celebrating the 150th anniversary since the Treaty of Commerce, Navigation and Delimitation between Japan and Russia was signed and the diplomatic relations were established. In commemoration, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan publishes leaflets introducing many towns and monuments in Japan which have deep connections with Russia.
