Outline:

1. Background: Education system of Liberia was one of the weakest in West Africa due to poor public and private sector support and civil conflict's influence during 1990-2003. Ministry of Education developed 10 year Education Master Plan in 2000, collaborated with UNESCO and UNDP greater emphasis in primary education. In accordance with such MP, we have been enforcing the project to rehabilitate and construct schools, and reinfource education system to children, including training teachers etc. 2. Outputs ; 10 6-classroom blocks, compartment school latrins, 10 open wells, and kitchen constructed. 60 calass sets of school furniture, 10 school sets of recreate kits, 6,000 child sets of textbooks and school supplies for children provided. 60 sets of teachers guides provided. Conduct and administrate each 10 School management committes for PTAs training, School health clubs for health and hygiene training, Children's club for social training etc. 3.Outcomes: Enrolment increased in target schools by 30% in two years. School drop levels reduced. Completion levels increased, particularly for girls by 50% in two years.
