The Three Principles on Arms Exports is the policy that states that the export of arms is not to be permitted in the following three cases: (1) export to communist bloc countries; (2) export to countries subject to "arms" exports embargo under the UN resolutions; and (3) export to countries involved in or likely to be involved in international conflicts.
