Mercado Común del Sur (MERCOSUR): MERCOSUR is a regional trade agreement (RTA) between Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela (with associate members of Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia). Founded in January 1995, its goals include elimination of regional tariffs, among other goals.
