The ODA On-Demand-Delivery Lecture is an educational program whereby staff members of MOFA's International Cooperation Bureau visit schools, universities, graduate schools, local governments, international exchange associations, NGOs for international cooperation, and chambers of commerce to give talks concerning ODA and international cooperation in general.
