There are two types: one in which each implementation is commissioned to relevant organizations based on proposals made by the private sector in response to requests made by the governments of the developing countries; and one in which the entire process, from the formulation of project to implementation, is commissioned to the relevant organizations based on proposals made by the private sector regarding the development issues of the developing countries.
