Document in which US and Japan reaffirmed their agreement to collaborate in the area of health care, based on the particularly positive outcome of health-related collaboration under the US-Japan Common Agenda adopted in 1993. Specifically, it stipulates on personnel exchange between USAID and JICA, and the promotion of home-based and local-based cooperation.
