1. International Media Center (IMC)

  • (1) Location
    Karuizawa Kazakoshi Park Multi-Purpose Gymnasium
  • (2) Operational Period
    Open from April 15th (Saturday) to 18th (Tuesday) (TBC)
  • (3) Access to the IMC is limited to holders of the media ID card for the G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Karuizawa, or other authorized IDs issued by the Secretariat exclusively for this event.

2. Media Guidelines 

Pertinent information about media coverage will be posted on this website. Due to capacity limitations and for security reasons, the official programs for the G7 Foreign Ministers' Meeting will be pooled by the host broadcaster/photographer or accredited media representatives with the exception of the Presidency Press Conference.

3. Host Videos / Host Broadcaster

  • (1) The host broadcaster will cover all the official events of the G7 Foreign Ministers' Meeting, except bilateral meetings. Media organizations that have applied for, and received authorization to use the IBC services will be able to view, and record materials provided by the host broadcaster.
  • (2) Live stand-ups will be available.

4. Host Stills / Host Photographer

The host photographer will cover all the official events of the G7 Foreign Ministers' Meeting, except bilateral meetings. Photographs taken by the host photographer will be available for viewing and downloading. 6. Accommodation

There will be no accommodation reservation center for the press. Each delegation, media organization, or member of the press will have to accommodation arrangements for the press.
