Japan-India Vice Foreign Minister - Foreign Secretary Level Dialogue, Japan-India Two-Plus-Two Dialogue and Japan-India Foreign Office Consultations will be held in Tokyo on Monday, October 22.

(1) Mr. Chikao Kawai, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan and Mr. Ranjan Mathai, Foreign Secretary of India, as well as other foreign ministry officials from the two countries will attend the Vice Foreign Minister - Foreign Secretary Level Dialogue.

(2) Mr. Akitaka Saiki, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, Mr.Hironori Kanazawa, Administrative Vice-Minister of Defense of Japan, and Mr. Ranjan Mathai, Foreign Secretary of India, Mr. Shashi Kant Sharma, Defense Secretary of India, as well as other officials from foreign and defense ministries will attend the Two-Plus-Two Dialogue.

(3) Mr. Akitaka Saiki, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, Mr. Ranjan Mathai, Foreign Secretary of India and other foreign ministry officials will attend the Foreign Office Consultations.

In the above meetings, both sides will exchange views on wide ranging issues such as Japan-India bilateral relations as well as global and regional issues, based on the Japan-India Strategic and Global Partnership.
