Visit to Japan by Mr. Miguel Angel Moratinos Cuyaubé, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain

  1. Mr. Miguel Ángel Moratinos Cuyaubé, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain, will visit Japan from August 31 (Tue) to September 2 (Thu). He will accompany Mr. José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, President of the Government of Spain, who will come to Japan on an official working visit.

  2. During his stay in Japan, Minister Moratinos will hold talks with Mr. Katsuya Okada, Minister for Foreign Affairs, to exchange views on bilateral relations, and regional and global issues.

  3. The visit to Japan by Minister Moratinos is expected to help further strengthen the friendly relationship and cooperative relationship between Japan and Spain.
