The Invitation Program for Training Science and Technological Human Resources (Internship Program), the Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS) Programme

  1. Total eight graduate and undergraduate students from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT-H) and the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur (IIITDM-J) will visit Japan from May 30 (Sun.) to June 26 (Sat.) to participate in the Invitation Program for Training Science and Technological Human Resources (Internship Program) that is a part of the Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS) Programme.

  2. The group will pay a courtesy call to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on May 31 (Mon.). Through an internship at Japanese private corporations for eighteen days, they will receive training in learning Japanese, cutting-edge science and technology and establish relationship with Japanese researchers and engineers.

  3. The Governments of Japan and India have committed to collaborate in the establishment of IIT-H and IIITDM-J, and this invitation program is a part of Japanese cooperation.
