Visit to Japan by His Excellency Mr. Abdelwaheb Abdallah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tunisia

1. His Excellency Mr. Abdelwaheb Abdallah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tunisia, will visit Japan from July 1 (Wed) to July 5 (Sun) as a guest of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
    
2. During his visit, Minister Abdallah will pay a courtesy call on H.E.Mr. Taro Aso, Prime Minister. He will also have discussion with H.E.Mr. Hirofumi Nakasone, Minister for Foreign Affairs, on a wide range of topics including the bilateral relations between Japan and Tunisia, and the situation in the Middle East and Africa.
    
3. This visit to Japan by Minister Abdallah will be his second visit as Minister of Foreign Affairs (his fifth visit in total). It is expected that Minister Abdallah’s visit to Japan will further develop the friendly relationship between Japan and Tunisia.
