  1. Mr. Sergey Viktorovich LAVROV, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, will visit Japan from November 4 (Tuesday) to 5 (Wednesday).
     
  2. On November 5, Mr. Hirofumi NAKASONE, Minister for Foreign Affairs, will have talks with Mr. Lavrov and discuss bilateral relations, including the issue of the Northern Territories, and pressing international issues.
