On April 27 (Fri), the first chairpersons’ meeting on the “Second Phase of the Japan-ROK Joint History Research Committee” will be held in Seoul. This meeting will be attended on the Japanese side by Chairman Yasushi Toriumi (Professor Emeritus of the University of Tokyo) and others, and on the Korean side by Chairman Cho Kwang (Professor of College of Liberal Arts, Korea University) and others.
