Mr. Masayoshi Hamada, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, to Visit Paris and Geneva

- Mr. Masayoshi Hamada, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, will visit Paris, France, and Geneva, Switzerland, from February 5 (Mon) to 7 (Wed).
- On February 5 (Mon) and 6 (Tue) in Paris, Mr. Hamada will deliver a speech at the International Conference on child soldiers ("Free Children from War") and will attend the signing ceremony of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance.
- On February 7 (Wed) in Geneva, Mr. Hamada will have talks with those concerned with human rights and humanitarian affairs.
