Mr. Osamu Uno, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, to visit France, Senegal and Burkina Faso

- Mr. Osamu Uno, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, will visit France,
Senegal and Burkina Faso from December 16(Sun) to December 24(Mon).
- In France, Mr. Uno will attend the Conference of Donors for the Palestinian
Territories on December 17, as the representative of Japan.
- In Senegal and Burkina Faso, Mr. Uno, as a special envoy of the Prime Minister, will hand a personal letter from the Prime Minister of Japan to key government officials of the two countries. This personal letter contains the message of the Prime Minister of Japan to invite the presidents of the two countries to TICADⅣ (the 4th Tokyo International Conference on African Development). Mr. Uno will also exchange views with these key officials to enhance the bilateral relations.
