Dr. Kiyohiko Toyama, Vice-Minister (Parliamentary) for Foreign Affairs, to Visit China

- Dr. Kiyohiko Toyama, Vice-Minister (Parliamentary) for Foreign Affairs, will visit China (Beijing, Xian, Shanghai) from August 29 (Tue) to September 4 (Mon) to participate in an invitational program organized by the International Liaison Department of the Communist Party of China.
- During his stay in Beijing, Dr. Toyama will have talks with officials of the Government of China and the Communist Party and pay visits to cultural facilities. In Xian, Dr. Toyama will attend the completion ceremony for a grass-roots aid scheme, and have talks with leaders of Shaanxi Province. In Shanghai, Dr. Toyama will exchange views with Shanghai City government officials and local think tanks.
