Mr. Ban Ki-Moon, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Korea (R.O.K.), will visit Japan from August 7 (Mon) to 9 (Wed) as a special envoy of the Government of the R.O.K. to attend the Memorial Service to be held on August 8 (Tue) under the joint auspices of the Government of Japan and the Liberal Democratic Party (L.D.P.) for the late Mr. Ryutaro Hashimoto.
