Mr. Nobutaka Machimura, Minister for Foreign Affairs, to Attend the Fourth Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Foreign Ministers' Meeting and to Visit Afghanistan

From April 4 (Mon) to 8 (Fri), Mr. Nobutaka Machimura, Minister for Foreign Affairs, will visit Pakistan and Afghanistan, upon approval of the Cabinet.
In Islamabad, Pakistan, Mr. Machimura will attend the Fourth Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Foreign Ministers' Meeting to conduct free and frank exchanges of views for promoting cooperation in the region; and, taking this opportunity, will also have bilateral talks with representatives of member states.
In Kabul, Afghanistan, the Minister will hold Japan-Afghanistan foreign ministerial and other meetings.
