Visit to Japan by Mr. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kenya

- Mr. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kenya, will visit Japan from March 7 (Sun) to 11 (Thu) as Guest of the Foreign Minister of Japan.
- During his stay in Japan, Mr. Musyoka will have talks with Ms. Yoriko Kawaguchi, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, and other government officials concerned, and will exchange views on wide-ranging topics such as the bilateral relations between Japan and Kenya and the follow-up of the Third Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD III).
- Japan has traditionally maintained a friendly relationship with Kenya, and Mr Musyoka's visit to Japan is expected to contribute to further deepening of the bilateral relations.
This will be Mr. Musyoka's first visit to Japan since his appointment to his current position.
