Foreign Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi to Visit Vladivostok

- Ms. Yoriko Kawaguchi, Minister for Foreign Affairs, will visit Vladivostok from June 28 (Sat) to 29 (Sun).
- During her stay in Vladivostok, Ms. Kawaguchi will hold a cochair persons' meeting of the Japan-Russia Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Issues with Mr. Viktor Borisovich Khristenko, Vice-Chairman of the Russian Government.
- Ms. Kawaguchi will also meet with Mr. Konstantin Borisovich Pulikovskii, Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative to the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation, visit the Zvezda Shipyard in connection with the cooperation to assist the destruction of nuclear weapons reduced in the Russian Federation, and the Japan Center in the Far East State University.
