The Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea and Mrs. Kim Jong-Pil, accompanied by a suite, will pay an Official Visit to Japan from September 1 to 5, 1999.During their stay in Japan, the Prime Minister and Mrs. Kim will be received in audience by Their Majesties The Emperor and Empress of Japan.
Their Majesties The Emperor and Empress will host a Court Luncheon in honor of the Prime Minister and Mrs. Kim.
The Prime Minister will also hold a meeting with Prime Minister of Japan Keizo Obuchi.
The Prime Minister of Japan and Mrs. Obuchi will host a Dinner in honor of the Prime Minister and Mrs. Kim.
The Government of Japan sincerely welcomes the visit of the Prime Minister and Mrs. Kim, which will further strengthen the friendly relations existing between Japan and the Republic of Korea. Provisional Itinerary
