Decision of Signing of the Japan-China-Korea Trilateral Investment Agreement

- On Friday, May 11, the Government of Japan decided at its Cabinet Meeting to sign the Agreement among the Government of Japan, the Government of the Republic of Korea and the Government of the People's Republic of China for the Promotion, Facilitation and Protection of Investment.
- Based on this decision, Mr. Tsuyoshi Yamaguchi, Parliamentary Senior Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan (joined by Mr. Yukio Edano, Minister for Economy, Trade and Industry), Mr. Bark Tae Ho, Minister for Trade of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Korea and Mr. Chen Deming, Minister of Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China will sign this Agreement on the occasion of the Trilateral Summit Meeting to be held on Sunday, May 13.
