- Japan is shocked and expresses its strong indignation at the many deaths and injuries caused by the bombing and shooting on Friday, July 22 in Oslo, Norway. Japan expresses its condolences to the victims and offers its sympathy to those wounded.
- Japan firmly condemns such violence as inexcusable.
- Japan reiterates that it condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, and intends to continue cooperating with the international community to combat terrorism.
