Message of Condolence from Prime Minister Naoto Kan to Dr. Dmitry Medvedev, President of the Russian Federation

On Tuesday, January 25, Prime Minister Naoto Kan sent a message to Dr. Dmitry Medvedev, President of the Russian Federation, expressing his condolences in the wake of the bombing at Moscow's Domodedovo airport. The main points of the message were as follows.
