On August 21 (Thu), Mr. Masahiko Koumura, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, sent a message of sympathy to Mr. Miguel Ángel Moratinos Cuyaubé, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain, on the airplane crash which occurred at Madrid Barajas International Airport in Madrid, Spain in the evening of August 20 (Wed).
