  1. The Government of Japan welcomes the commencement of bus service between Muzaffarabad and Srinagar in Kashmir, scheduled on April 7, 2005.
  2. The Government of Japan expresses its hope that this positive development will further accelerate the ongoing Composite Dialogue between India and Pakistan and that relations between the two countries will continue to improve.
