Exchange of Notes Concerning the Amendment to the Schedule to the Agreement between the Government of Japan and the Government of Mongolia for Air Services

- The exchange of Notes concerning the amendment to the schedule to the Japan-Mongolia Agreement for Air Services took place on July 10 (Sat.) in Ulaanbaatar between Japanese Foreign Minister Masahiko Koumura and Mongolian External Relations Minister Nyamosor Tuya in the presence of Prime Minister Keizo Obuchi, who is visiting Mongolia, and Prime Minister Janlaviin Narantsatsralt.
- Under the present Amendment, one point in Asia will be added as a middle point to the Japanese air route, and Beijing or Seoul will be added as a middle point to the Mongolian air route.
- It is expected that this amendment of the schedule will further advance two-way travel between Japan and Mongolia.
