On July 25, Prime Minister Abe sent a message of condolences and sympathy to President of the Government of Spain Rajoy for the victims and their families and for the affected people concerning a train derailment accident that occurred on July 24 in the city of Santiago de Compostela, which is President Rajoy’s home city. Prime Minister Abe also wished for the early recovery of the injured in the message.
